Shipping - Product Delivery

When your order is received and successfully processed, CrashSafe will attempt to dispatch your order within a reasonable period of time. Some deliveries may take longer than others due to demand or the frequency of deliveries to that area.

Orders for multiple quantities may be dispatched and delivered separately. Subject to stock availability, customers with pre-orders or back orders may experience a longer delivery time.


From January 1, 2018 all CrashSafe devices purchased come with a 60 day satisfaction guarantee from the date the product was purchased. In the event that you are not satisfied with your CrashSafe purchase, simply contact our Refund Department at

You will be required to send the product back to us with original packaging in "like-new" condition within 60 days from purchase date. We will refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please allow 5-7 business days from receipt for refunds to be processed. We reserve the right to modify our return policy at any time. While we take a reasonable degree of care to ensure that your order is delivered, if your order cannot be fulfilled for reasons outside of our control, CrashSafe reserves the right to cancel your order and refund you the costs of your order.

CrashSafe cannot accept any changes to your delivery address once your order is processed. If your delivery address must be changed, you must cancel your order and make a replacement order. CrashSafe has no obligation to refund the costs of your order on cancellation.
